For the Camping Weekend Ride Out we will be given a tour of the sheds and workshops at Weybourne Station on the North Norfolk Railway by a volunteer there who is also a railway historian.
It is also the NNR’s Forties Weekend so expect lots of people in period costume, WWII vehicles and swing jazz.

11.55am – arrive at Kingfisher Cafe, Walcott.
1pm – leave cafe for Weybourne
2pm – tour of sheds and workshops
There is no charge for the tour but donations are appreciated
Non-members welcome, any bike
We have a date for this year’s Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride.
Despite the name it is open to all genders.
Last year we formed a team and took part in the Bury St Edmunds ride.
Join our team here and check the facebook event for the Bury ride.
Lets build on last year’s success and make this a big one!
If you’re not sure of the way to get there some of us are meeting up and riding there together. Tag along if you like.
Here’s the plan. Meet at Kenninghall Bistro from 10.30am to leave at 11.15
From there its only about 20 miles
Meeting at DGR start is from 12 noon and the ride starts at 1pm
In February we will be meeting at the Gamekeeper in Old Buckenham.
In March we will be meeting at the Golden Dog, High St, Shipdham, Thetford IP25 7PA
In April we will be meeting at the King’s Head, Dereham.
If anyone knows of any other suitable venues for our club nights please get details and let one of the committee know.
Once we have tried out all suitable venues we will make a decision as to which one will become permanent.
As our March meeting clashes with another booking at the venue we are bringing the Branch Meeting forward by one week.
We will be having an informal Branch social evening at Hingham on the usual 2nd Wednesday – 13th March.
If anyone has any other ideas for regular venues for our monthly club nights (2nd Wednesday of every month) please obtain as many details as possible and notify one of the committee members
Come along just for a drink and a mardle in the bar at our old regular venue
We’ll be trying out yet another venue for our April meeting then hopefully choosing where to make our home
NEW MONTHLY MEET FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH
After a few months of roaming and some debate we have now decided on a new venue for our monthly meetings.
Also note that we have changed the night from 2nd Wednesday to FIRST Wednesday of the month
Our first event of the year.
After a few years with a low NOC attendance at this show we are poised to impress everyone with our display of Nortons at the club stand.
Some exhibitors will be camping for the full experience.
Its now too late to enter your bike for exhibiting but please do come along and visit us on Sunday or Monday
